Born: Malakal, Southern Sudan, 1959

Education:
- Master of Fine Arts (M.F. A) Painting & Printmaking, School of Design, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, 1990-1994;
-Studying animation and digital Media at the School of Design, University of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor of Fine Arts (B. F. A), Khartoum Polytechnic, College of Fine and Applied Art, Khartoum, Sudan, 1977- 1981.

Engineering & Architecture School, University of Khartoum, 1988 -90;
Music & Drama Higher Institute, Khartoum 1981-81.
